Gift Card (Scrip) Program

Lobbestael PTC
Gift Card (Scrip) Program for the Holidays

What:  Purchase gift cards via order form
When:  By November 1st
Why:  Pick up gift cards directly at school (skip the trips to the stores!!)

What Is Scrip?
Scrip fundraising is a no-selling program that
enables families to raise money for their
non-profit organization. Scrip is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards.  Great Lakes Scrip Center offers over 300 of the country’s biggest brands, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and more.

How scrip generates revenue for Lobbestael PTC
You purchase gift cards from your organization at face value, and your coordinator orders those cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced price. The difference is an instant rebate for Lobbestael PTC. It’s really that simple!

What to do
·         Complete attached order form
·         Return to school by Friday, November 1st with a check (payable to Lobbestael PTC) for your total order amount.
·         Gift cards will be delivered the week of Nov 25th.
·         An e-mail/phone will be sent to you confirming the gift cards are in
·         Pick up in school office

Tyson Project A+, Support Your School!

We have exciting news! Lobbestael is participating in the Tyson Project A+™ program, a fund-raising program sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. Through this program, we can raise money towards supplies, building improvements, school programs, or anything else we choose. It’s an easy way to raise much needed funds by sending Tyson Project A+ labels from products you probably already buy.

Here’s how it works: Just clip and collect Tyson Project A+ labels from participating Tyson® product packages and send them to school with your child. We’ll collect the labels and send them to Tyson Foods, and Tyson Foods will send our school a check. Each label is worth 24¢!

You can also find details online at Don't forget to spread the word to your friends and relatives. It’s such an easy way to raise much needed funds for our school!

PALS Week follow up

[a belated] Thank you to all those who donated an item, a lunch or your time to PALS week.  We were able to spoil our staff in many ways throughout the week. The Lobster Love was felt throughout the staff as they enjoyed - a gourmet popcorn bar, personalized lunches, breakfast, got their car windows washed, cashed in their coupons for help and a Super Suessy Treat bar. We were over whelmed with the donations and support of our staff, which made it so easy to spread the joy. The PTC's mailbox was bursting with thank you notes from the staff- so smiles all around :-)
Jenica Tremberth & Lisa Lepine– PALS week Chairs & The PTC

Invites went out to the entire Lobbestael Staff
Parents made & donated the most delicious varieties of gourmet popcorn

Staff members received a lunch made just to their liking, the "Suessification" was SO fun

The Pink Yink was the theme at breakfast, the triple berry (pink) smoothies were  a hit.
