PALS WEEK MAY 5-9

Please join us in celebrating the wonderful staff at Lobbestael.

PALS {Parents Appreciate Lobbestael Staff} will take place the week of May 5-9. 

Help is needed in many ways to make this event a success! Thank you.

Students are encouraged to participate as well this year! 

#1) Please have your students fill out the "Pledge Plate" below for their teacher(s). 

#2) Spread sunshine around the building with a cheery note for any and all staff members who make Lobbestael a great place to learn. 

Completed forms should be turned in no later than May 1st. 

They will be presented to the staff during PALS week.

What Is Scrip?

Scrip fundraising is a no-selling program that

enables families to raise money for their

non-profit organization. Scrip is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards.  Great Lakes Scrip Center offers over 300 of the country’s biggest brands, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and more. 

How scrip generates revenue for Lobbestael PTC

You purchase gift cards from your organization at face value, and your coordinator orders those cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced price. The difference is an instant rebate for Lobbestael PTC. It’s really that simple!

What to do

·         Complete attached order form

·         Return to school by Friday, November 1st with a check (payable to Lobbestael PTC) for your total order amount. 

·         Gift cards will be delivered the week of Nov 25th. 

·         An e-mail/phone will be sent to you confirming the gift cards are in

·         Pick up in school office

Have a new idea for our PTC to fund / plan / host? We would love to hear from you. If you have a new idea or want to keep a traditional favorite please see below.

1) Complete the Request Form (below)

2) Submit form to the PTC President, Dace Day, or email info to lobbestaelptc@gmail.com

3) Attend the next PTC meeting to discuss the proposal, answer questions from the PTC members and vote as a PTC group on the proposal.

4) If approved, the event will be put on the agenda for the next meeting and planning can begin.
